A beautiful, blue, Ceylon Sapphire set in a hand-made, East-West bezel. The Sapphire  is cut in an antique style & measures approximately 5 x 3 mm. 

The Sapphire's 14K setting is enhanced with caviar beads & bezel-set diamonds and has an over all bright finish
